The building has three entrances. The ‘Parking C’ structure serves as the best for our visitors. Unfortunately, the parking lot is owned by a different business entity. About Our Chula Vista Office
Our Chula Vista office also houses a team of qualified and certified physicians that are members of Synergy Orthopedic Specialists Medical Group. The office is located within the building that has a large ‘750’ on the top right front face of the building. Our office is across the street from Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center Emergency Department.
To access our office, you can access our building through the single entrance on the left side of the building. Free parking is available directly within the large parking lot adjacent to the left, front, and rear side of the building.
