5. Create Healthy Sleep Habits

Sleep is when the body heals itself. As you eat a healthier diet, get more movement, and strengthen your social ties, you should sleep better.

Turn off the television and all screens at least an hour before bedtime. As much as possible, go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on the weekend.
